Happy 83rd birthday to former Eastern League prospect Pedro Gonzalez. He played for the 1960 Binghamton Triplets.
He played in the majors during 5 seasons with the New York Yankees (1963-65) and Cleveland Indians (1965-67).
After his playing career, he managed several minor league teams.
