Happy 68th birthday to former Eastern League prospect Greg Mahlberg. He played for the 1975 Pittsfield Rangers.
Mahlberg played for the Texas Rangers during two seasons, appearing in one game in 1978 and 7 games in 1979.
After he retired, he coached and managed for several seasons in the minor leagues.
