Former Eastern League prospect Ebba St. Claire was born on this date in 1921. St. Claire played for the Albany Senators for three seasons (1942, '45 & '46).
St. Claire played in the majors for the Boston (1951-52) and Milwaukee (1953) Braves and New York Giants (1954).
He died on August 22, 1982 at the age of 61.
